I'll tell you what would have caused chaos.................Flyfirstclass had the exposed runners beat by at least 5 lengths on form and should have run a place in spite of stalls,SO
Question: those who had spent thousands banking the horse and the horse had run 3rd.........scratching would suit win backers but would have cost a huge number of PA punters............what a no win situation that would have been.

They need to think about that for the future.............there would have been a riot!
