Just the thing for a cold wet night, Greg, of which we've had many the past couple of weeks in the E Cape ... its filling if not elegant. Certainly its after-effects are not elegant, but they do give a certain feeling of satisfaction:
A fart, a fart, is good for the heart,
It sets the belly at ease.
It warms the bed on a winter's night
And suffocates the fleas.
