Snaith being an "open, transparent and honest trainer" would know the strength of Bambina Stripes in R5 based on the form against Rush for John (21/01/2012) and Felix the Cat (20/03/2012) :D

Capetown Nior will be hard to beat, fittest horse in the race, top last run in Durbanville and will prefer the 1400m so early in his carreer compare to the likes of Cask and Run For it. Run for it coming from over 300day rest and has been a lil disapointing to followon terms of winning. Always seems to run on too late.

Going with Bambina, looks a fairly decent value option to me. Run For It for exacta.

I said it after he ran 2nd in another open company race last time he would be my Guineas selection and nothing has been said or done to change my mind.

He is really good this horse, possibly one of the better ones in Cape Town!
