about 3-4 years - poor service(would send them Id and other Docs and they'd lose them!!)

Well I used to deposit using my credit card - this was before a few months back I noticed an amt of 10k on my credit card with a reference showing TAB - upon inquiry they somehow managed to use my credit card to deposit 10k into somebody else's account - took a few days to sort out, but the money was re-imbursed - have not used it since :

I had a P account, that came with a card with acc no. and stuff on. Had a GC account and used that at the start of the online era.

But it's too much of a hassle trying to deposit and withdraw at the time, but happily moved on and they never noticed I was gone and neither do I miss them. Bookmakers take my money like well oiled machines..often a bit more sluggish to get it back.

For the record, I get sent a lot of promotional material on email (which costs nothing) from many active players in the market from vets, stud farms, sports betting, bookmaker specials, Sporting Post, weekend schedules,overseas form from Aus and Uk, etc etc etc...., and ABSOLUTELY F.A. from P or GC....not very smart I reckon.

Explain this, and ask the directors of racing, how is it you don't have an active, interactive, database with your clients? Casinos give out VIP cards, and then learn the exact betting patterns of their customers. What they like, how much they spend, on what and when. How did racing management miss this? Are they the rocket scientists that we hear on Telly Track spouting the latest soccer innovation, or just self congratulating morons?

The thing is, they really do not give a shit about their punters but the scream like girls that people defect to their opposition. Unbelievable. Or maybe I'm wrong and they're right.

I had a telebet account, haven't used it for about 4 years. My biggest problem was when you won and wanted to take money out your account you had to stand around the TAB for about 45 minutes whilst they verified the withdrawl.

I have both Telebet accounts with Tabgold and Tabonline. With Tabgold to do an instant tansfer you have to phone them and give your credit card details. Too much hassle and as you pointed out its dangerous. BTW Paygate had its system breached in August 2012 were hackers had access to clients credit card details. Hollywood uses Paygate : The Tabonline site their credit card deposit is always encountering problems. You can phone in to do an instant transfer as well but not for me. For me to take a Soccer10 someone in Durban as to deposit money in my Tabgold account so I can wager a bet.

@ Naresh if you are with FNB you can do a EFT that credits into your TAB Gold account in +- 10 minutes

so titch maybe you should take this thread to your pals at gold circle phumelela and the new company kworth racing and tell them to stop moaning about turnover being down and look internally cos thats where the problems are...thk the good lord us punters have alternatives

Im with Standard Bank. Looks like I need a FNB account as well cos the Soccer10 and Soccer13 pools are huge. Thanks (tu)

Had my first Telebet account at 11yrs old in my mothers name, haven't used it in ages maybe 6 years...what's the use of it when there is interbet etc.

Why would one want ti rica a tab account? Fica perhaps. . .(

my telebet account is 910..go figure when it was opened....i was 15 at the time..opened in my name..really lax they were back then.,no rica fica then...

Why do I need to keep ficaring with Bookies if I only fica'ed once with Nedbank?
