Agra, I genuinely don't mind losing out IF the decision is the correct one, that is the way it should be. I didn't see this one so I can't comment. I can say I have felt seriously aggrieved in 75% of the ones where I have lost out though, most of which I have been first and thrown out rather than second and not getting it. It all adds up to a serious amount of money, certainly in my terms. I just ask for consistency and a clear set of rules, I don't know why that seems so impossible to achieve.
