Sorry to say but in yesterday's paper they were talking about a very bad weather forecast for Durban over the holiday period. Even talking about floods and storms and where to stop and park your car.....

This is unbelieveable it has not stoped raining and got progressively worse thru the night...I can quite safely say we wont race

There is a mudslide in Alpine Road going South, the road is closed. Just heard that a train derailed in the Toti area because part of the track has been washed away.

Mudslide N2 southbound just before the Umhlanga offramp...this is unbelieveable

Thanks Mac, not good news but we will make the best of it. Amazing how much rain KZN have had this season.

Please may nobody complain about Cape Town winter weather again.......people bitch and moan when CT loses one race meeting!()

Phew, that sure looks real bad and with more rain forecast, GOD be merciful .Spare a thought for those in informal housing and shacks, must be a real nightmare!!
