What difference does it make?the people who bought back didn't get their price wanted.......just land up paying the sales company comm and they have a ticket to a 2 mill race.....averages mean nothing to the Nan in the street?Look at the vendors,look at the buyers and you will soon see who bought which lots back

Not a lot of buy-backs - I was there selling 7 lots! Real money - for the facts.
