Strange coincidence. In the original 18 runner, with reserves, field, the five non runners were drawn 14, 15, 16, 17, 18

My idiot selection for the day is Lord Jonathan in Race 6. He has dropped 5 points from his last run is having his 3rd run after a rest and if repeating some of his earlier form must have a shout at long odds.

IMO he is here to ride TIPOTINTO, but watch out for BW and LS, only a length behind CAPETOWN NOIR and THE WEST IS WIDE ran 2nd and came out on Saturday to win the listed sprint beating HAPPY FOREVER.
