Gorgeous day in CT, expect South Easter to blow (headwind).
Race 3 Dizzy Feet should finally crack maiden. Quartet box 1,2,3,4,7
Race 4 Pride of London obvious but a few lightly raced improvers to consider
Race 6 Tribal Dance a banker
Race 7 boat race King of Pain and Cape Town Noir. The King for me
Race 8 Martial Eagle
PA
2,3 x 1,9 x 1,7x 3,6 x 1,2 x 3,10 x 10,11
3 x 1 x 1,2,7 x 3 x 1,2 x 3,9,10 x3,10,11,13
P6
1 x 1,7 x 3 x 1,2 x 1,2,3,4,8,9 x F

Your Place Bet(actually an E/w at the odds)
Race 4 CAPTAIN HIGH - REPLAY
FORMGRIDS
HWood price 4 place 11/10 and 9/1
Will improve on debut - stable brings them on so expect a forward show

My swinger for the day, Injaka & Borego lady in R3
Danzey Green place R4
Get well soon Sheza.
For those interested. Hardly any wind in Cape Town, but the little that there is at the moment, is a North Westerly breeze, a tail wind

Mohanis... the indulging starts l@r but only after my first winning bets ...Hmmm, maybe I should put a place on Bold Var and Pecan just to make sure
..Nothing to do with racing, but we live in a beautiful country and are privileged to have the freedom we do have. My missus and I got up early this morning and went cycling offroad through the Koeberg Nature reserve... stunning morning, zebras, springbok, kudu... soaring brown hawks , glittering blue icean and numerous bulbuls, weavers, kiewiets... we did 21km's of paradise and it did not cost one red cent ... man what a luxury. End of rant !!
Have not even looked at Clairwood. It puts me off when I see so many scratchings
