They continue on a daily basis to prove just how totally out of touch they are with their customers needs and remain hell bent on abusing their position on the managerial ladder to settle their own personal vendettas with absolutely no regard for how it is affecting the teletrack product. ....their inability to know how to make the best of their work force is yet another nail in the Australasian coffin and no matter how hard headed the P decision makers are they will eventually have no other option but to let both these clowns go....until then they will continue to receive my emails and phone calls in spam proportions until one day I get a response.....

Neelan, it is somewhat hypocritical saying the above and then doing the same, albeit not so bluntly, about Jimmy :S
This is a forum and people are going to get criticised, rightly or wrongly. Everyone has the opportunity to join this site and defend themselves. I have great respect for those that do. There are often many mitigating circumstances why "people" can come across in a certain way. They may well be told to present in a certain way by their bosses, the equipment they use may be shoddy, the info they get passed could be complete bolox. Sometimes blame is misplaced. In this particular instance, it would seem that Niko has a particular style that quite a few viewers don't appreciate... if he reads this site, he can either take that feedback on board and try to change or he can stick two parts of his hand in the air and say fark you. The choice is his, if the former I would HOPE people give him credit for that, if the latter then he is going to continue to receive criticism.
As for Punch n Judy etc... I find it hard to think anyone would defend them as a "couple" presenting. When someone presenting frequently refers to a roughie when the odds are 5/1 or less, I tend to think they either don't know what they are talking about or they are not capable of thinking before speaking. Professionalism. If you want to be good at something then do the homework and keep striving to improve yourself and the product. They don't give that impression. It seems they have got very chummy and comfortable. That is not professionalism.
