I once had the dubious pleasure of playing against Wayne Ferreira in a club singles championship. I lobbed for all I was worth, but he beat me in straight sets. I have calculated that I must have been 34 at the time, and still playing fair club standard tennis. He was nine years old, and had a temper, even then.
