I thought(wrongly it seems) that at least 1 eye was open, but going to heed Tigersharks advice and not even bother to reply to rubbish.

i think it is time that people took their blinkers off as regards to the cape breeders and natal breeders and how it affects the province.years ago when natal had the best stallions namely jungle cove northern guest foveros secret prospector rambo dancer etc these studs supported the natal trainers such as herman brown sen david payne but nowdays the breeding strength lies in the cape and they supoort the local trainers ,studs such as lammerskraal maine chance drakenstein klawervlei and the list goes on...so in days gone by when breeders couldnt sell their jungle coves or northern guests and kept their well bred fillies for breeding they were sent to natal based trainers.today you recieve mon sangs opera kings requiems carpocrates and the cape trainers recieve western winters captain als jet masters trippis etc...its night and day comparing them and mick goss hardly if ever supports natal trainers so the natal trainers have suffered immensely compared to the cape trainers in this regard.a stud like george rowles had silverware caerdeon and rocky marriage in the past and lately opera king just look at the absolute crap chris saunders breeds with today....its all in the blood and you cannot go to a war with a flicknife..

harry h you would think a trainer who must see the rubbish he competes against would now better? the situation in natal breeding is simple - they can breed with the type of stallion you list and get the incentive for it. you are correct when you compare the w cape and kzn breeding. do me a favour to compare the top 5 stallion in w cape and against the top 5 natal. it is not the contest. summerhill is achieve the fantastic results but now the sheiks is gone where do they finish in 5 years? i take anyone the bet not in top 2. any takers?
