Race after race the handicappers are made fools of by "out at the weights" horses...........do the NHA not care about the integrity of "running on merit"as their rules have just been amended from the 1/01/13 and continue to include the "inconsistent rule" (but amended).............the rule that has NEVER been enforced since the formation of the NHA.
Today at Fairview,the best rated horses,in the condition races,have not even been put into the race competitively ,never mind been beaten on merit!
Will there be any questions asked................not by our bunch of incompetents..........lol.
I don't believe they know what to ask!
