Probably the worst message you can receive, is hearing that a loved one is no longer with you.
My deepest, heartfelt sympathies, to your loss.
Never met you Barry, but losing someone so close must be the most, the most soul destroying thing that can ever happen to anyone.
Whether, Oscar, did this, or not, to your child, please push for the death penalty.
We cannot continue to live in a country where taking another life goes unpunished.

What a waste, what a beautiful looking girl cut short in her prime.
What could posses a seemingly sound character to aim a gun at her head and pull the trigger..
What is pissing me off in UK,is people that know the scumbag are saying what a nice guy he is and this has ruined he's legacy.
What about the farking victim,Barry,he's wife and extended family and friends..
They never had a choice, that shit head did have a choice and he took the worse one possible..
Condolences to the family

So sad.....so many dreams shattered. My condolences to the family, and my hope is that the truth does come out.

Wish the Barry Steenkamp family strength to cope with the loss of their most beautiful daughter Reeva, what a shocking way to cut short the life of someone so young.
Whilst Valentines Day will continue to be celebrated with the RED colors every 14th Feb, sadly for the Steenkamp family it will forever bring memories of the day when their beloved's blood was spilt.:X

Good evening all, I am sure you can imagine this thread has been difficult to moderate and we have received many inputs in addition to the viewed posts.
This has been a shocking tragedy and hard to comprehend and we wish all families and friends strength during these horrific times

(No disrespect to 2cents but...) Should change the name of this thread, it is the innocent victim who should be remembered...
REEVA STEENKAMP...
my deepest condolences to Barry and all Reeva's family and friends.
Reeva Steenkamp's publicist described her as "the sweetest human being and an absolute angel on earth". She added: "She was the kindest, most unbelievable girl."
For all the nice things that people say at such sad and crushing times, we who did not know her should remember that to those in her world these words no doubt ring very true. It is not the story of the act but the story of her life that is important.
Remember the ones that deserve to be remembered. RIP Reeva
