Could not agree more! Have complained many times before about them. The new website is a joke, it's pathetically slow and not user friendly! What's a bigger joke is that they should start looking after their clients and not so much about how many races they sponsor. They give zero back to the client and have no idea about service

this is what happen when some one work be cause this is the job only their is no passion. when you look at the bookie who look after their customer like hollywood, marshalls etc it is the business that is owned by the individual or family who are passionate about what they do. when you look at bettingworld it is own by phumelela so why do we expect this side of the business to be anything that is different to their rest of business where clearly they do not care about the punter?
