Toontony, you are spot on ! The only reason I joined Freeracer, SFRW, ABC is to talk horses and form and ins and outs of racing. Is my passion and unfortunately the Satruday afternoon to the races with a bunch of mates is no longer an option ... so here I can listen and talk to a myriad of punters .....

lol LD
1. I don't give tips!!
2. Idiots, I just post ones that have caught my eye at a price for whatever reason. Some I like a lot more than others. It is therefore extremely important, as Novice says, that if people are ever inclined to follow that they don't do it blindly and have a look first
3. Leading on from 2, it becomes something of a habit and you tend to post irrespective of how strongly you like a horse, again making it very important that people don't follow blindly
4. I don't know horses, form, track or trainers, I take no account of wind, false bends etc. I have a very individual way of making my selections. When others then come up with the same horse it adds massive confidence because it means we have looked at a puzzle in different ways and come to the same potential solution. I especially "enjoy" the brief meeting overviews that Frodo, Shrek, SK do and Magi used to do. That is often where the help really lies. It is time consuming though and impossible to cover all your thoughts, especially as when I do it, I have probably looked at half the races 12 hours before writing. But doing them, helps clear my mind and sometimes see things I missed before. I am definitely one who can look at a race 12 hours after first looking and come up with a totally different result!
5. I am different to many posters in that I look primarily for outsiders, I think its good that on the forum we have form gurus and those, a little like me, Novice, Magi etc who offer a different perspective sometimes. Bushy said it well once, I look a complete idiot sometimes but my idiots come in enough times to merit me, imo lol, a little respect.
6. I get a lot of pleasure out of knowing I have helped others win.
That'll do lol

I won't lie, it does give me some satisfaction when something I mentioned that most people missed, actually arrives; not being a big punter, I don't really care if a horse I mention shorten before I could 'get on' - and if someone on the site happens to profit from my 'predictions' good for them (tu)
