neither do i, but james has done a wonderful thing and if he continues then the cream will rise to the top. I also hope that in james's business model its catered for that the training they receive also means he has "work riders" to ride his work. if this is the case then the trade off is he gets them for "cheap" in return for a tuition.

of course some are going to get pinched and some will become lazy but the philosophy is sound and should continue.

@Easy, my apologies, assuming that you are being greatly compensated.

piro

up until 2 years ago i took someone off the streets and within 3 months they were earning £1000 a week splicing fibre

gabriele
denny
anton
cliff

just to name a few. all these lads are south african, they all left. the top 3 went "back home" as they missed the weather etc. CLiff went to NZ.

I learned my lesson

Now i have

pascal
kerry
mark
ruben

ALL on minimum wage for 6 months and the £7-5ph for 3 months and then £10 ph for 3 months.....if they stay a full year then they can earn the £1000 a week (or more) but if they leave ive made my money

Surely there should be some minimum requirements to qualify to ride in a "work rider" race, like, maybe, workride X number of horses/week?
