What a smashing horse,he didn't beat much today but the ease in which he did it was breath taking,he quikens up with such ease, hell definitely beat what ever opposes him in the guiness and possible classy enough to pull of the july even with some stamina doubts.

He should win both the KZN Guineas and the Daily News. He was good enough over the tougher Kenilworth 2000m so he should have no trouble beating the same lot over the easier Greyville track.
Dean has stated on more than one occasion that this horse goes 2000m. He knows what he has got.

Yes me too - Sometimes the July can cloud judgement but DK will do what's best. I wonder if the Charity Mile or November would be a later option or rather back home for the Queen's Plate? He might do the Daily News though - What a season to look foward to

Probably the Guineas...then has a choice between the Daily News 2000 or the Rising Sun Challenge. And based on how much he has come on with those runs, one must bear in mind that DK does not throw his horses in the deep end and expect them to win...with that said...let the handicappers do their job in merit rating and let DK do his excellent judgmental job in seeing if the horse is fit to race in the July based on the merit penalties he gets. After all he is a 3YO colt and 60KG for the july over 2200 is a big ask. 58KG and I would say even money that he will run in the july and win...short 400m straight...quick turn of foot. But be warned, that DK has a string in the likes of Divine Jet and Depardiu also for the KRA guineas! Don't hold me to that!

The Tipsters corner, only 3 y olds can run in the Guineas, its a 3 year old race. Depardiue and Divine Jet are 4year olds. So the can't run in the guineas. 3year olds can't carry 60kgs ind July either, max is 58kgs if I'm nt mistaken

As I said don't hold me against that. However, CTN can get a 2KG penalty against the horse with the 2nd highest merit rating, being that it must be obviously a filly if I'm not mistaken. Thanks for the knowledge this forum has given thus far !

The Tipsters Corner are you Deez by any chance...please man...anyway CN will have to give weight to 4 year olds and some of the 3 year olds that were behind him in the C Derby...he wont manage that over the extra distance.

i think the kenilworth 2000m is an easy one
He had the class to just carry him to the line
look what he beat that day not much..
He is though a top top horse
Hope he goes kzn guineas then gold challenge at clairwood
