Agree 100% Sham Racing.. La selle was a winner imo, but unfortunately was very badly hampered. I had some tom on La selle and wasn't 1 bit upset at the jockey, but just upset at the fact that the jockey on the other horse, ddnt even bother to keep his ride under control

I do see your point sham racing but he had the whole racecourse to his left and going on the inside with horses weakening was not the best idea but i did see some bad interference so i think he does deserve another chance

Shezapunter and Hibernia, you both so right. The NHA took away a trainers license because he was neglecting his horses but won't look further than a race at a time where jockeys are concerned. Are they waiting until he brings down the field until they do something more than a week suspension??
In the race review Webber didn't even know that there was a horse inside of him...

Good on you for sticking up for your jock but if Webber did not know that someone was on his inside that is frightening for the other jocks who ride in P/E .....

Sorry all but I'm a little lost here ? I thought Le Salle had a really good chance and in fact backed him and it's there for all to see! He was badly interfered with no doubt and I for one would like to be on him next time? Let me also say that I have the utmost respect for the Shams on their transparency. But come on guys how do you come up with statements that neglecting horses has anything to do with a bad ride??? If Webber is guilty then so be it - I've seen many top jockeys cause worse interference but what the hell has that to do with neglecting horses . Sorry just my humble opinion

Blood you would fail your driving test if you cut a car up on the inside of you, a jockey that doesnt know his erse from his elbow should maybe have to resit his test...

Shame man, Eldin Webber last winner 15 months ago , must have been out of desperation that ride today

Stop hitting the man on the floor , nobody knows better than himself that he f@rked up

(Wish he had won , would have been a very nice Jackpot payout for me)

Not sure but I think perhaps his rides might be repeatedly dangerous if i'm getting the gist of the posts - I must be honest and say that I don't watch the guy often enough so I don't have an opinion. I do however think that if a Jock is a repeated danger then he could injury others so then perhaps a fairly long suspension of his license (and perhaps a trip back to the academy for a brush up ) would be fair - You don't want to stop a guy from earning but you also don't want to injure horse or rider through no fault of their own.

Bloodshot, used trainer as an example of an extreme case scenario because that is how extreme the problem is. Yes, all jockeys have caused interference at some time or other but not the amount of times this one does for little or no consequence.....

No sweat Hibs I happen to,agree with you ., but how do you make the comparison that neglecting horses is equal to a bad ride? Has Mr Marcus or mr White Mr Lerena Mr Cormack ( accidentally smashing Tellina Across the face and the authorities saying it made no difference to the result) m? Would a driving instructor be allowed to let a learner have a test with a car that wasn't serviced and had no brakes? I think not? But out of interest while I don't know the facts who has had more winners out of these so called awe full jocks?
