Well if we going to be betting by names, then R1 Shelovesmeback (33/1) and R9 Sherulestheskies (20/1) is not a double to ignore

What is Marshall's stats re. juveniles this season? Someone mentioned that it was not that great. That could be a concern with this million rand baby. :S

Well I have to play 'away from home' today - so probably way off the mark; but I like the look of Captain Rei in the 2nd - his dam Rei Rei won the KZN Fillies Guineas, so should like this trip; draw 1 does not hurt either and nice value imo at 16/1
In the 3rd I gave up the opportunity of keeping a share in Star Rating's half brother, Gilgamesh, so all things being equal, will probably come back to bite me - should improve in his 2nd start against an average looking bunch - place chance.
Not sure about PoP in the 5th - no value imo
In the 6th, Tribal Code is fancied, but again no value imo; the half-brother to Laurel Canyon, Palos Verdes looks place value to me from a nice draw with King Karl in the irons.
The 7th looks open, but in the 8th I think the appropriately named (if you live in Gauteng) Hear the Rain did not enjoy the soft conditions last time at Durbanville and looks much better at Kenilworth so should go close imo
Enjoy (tu)
