Please Phumelela get a real broadcaster to take over - Look outside of Racing - Don't give the job to a friend - Learn from your mistakes- Get someone that has TV training or Radio 702 - Get a person that cannot be influenced by the old IGN or new TT guys- It is a golden opportunity to get the station up to standard

if they paid me £250k a year (and a decent budget) i would take the job, i would use my experience at ATR and RUK and make that channel ROCK
