Back to the met run?
Look at how beach beauty was finishing off in the met 2000m
Hill54 was looking for the line, another 200m more n beach beauty will have inhaled them.
(In sheldons voice)
Also take into account BB's liking to greyville.
Just saying, cud end up with that egg on my forehead.lol.
That's if she runs in the july.

We all have our opinions, imo H54 is also doubtful over the extra - in the Met had every chance and was outrun by - well let's just say 'unexpected winner' - so imo BB will beat him over the 2200 - always dependant on the weight terms of course :S

Of course it's a moot point but that's why debating this is so much fun.I believe that Hill54 is a vastly underrated horse when it comes to the big classics but he is top class and you ignore him at your peril.Have a look at his last 5 runs and take into account that his two wins over Punta Arenas and his great run in the Met was achieved from very poor draws...so with a 14 draw in the Met and after going to the front very early was there stamina doubts? I don't think so, but the jock gave him every chance and he so nearly pulled it off.
Having said all that Beach Beauty's run was brilliant and she will be a huge runner in the July along with Hill54. Cape Town Noir and Vercengotrix is top class but the weights may just count against them. At the moment there is huge value in the early betting with CTN 7,5; BB 8,5; Jackson 13; Pomodora17 and KOP 41.

Run for it - gelded after the met and sent into quarintine. Snaith didn't do much work with him. Was last for most of the race and finished 4th.I got 66/1 before the race. Still value@ 33s

I am with you Sheza hasn't won a race in two and a half years. Maybe take a place bet but not wins.

Well then I'm beyond you, I suppose - just took the 33/1 and 8/1 a place (tu)
Could be wrong of course, but his runs prior to the Met were very good, and perhaps something just went awry in the Met - might just have needed gelding; also as hexen stated - very good run in the Drill Hall on Saturday (tu)(tu)

Run for it has been running on since yonder. Only remember winning a PE feature. Should not be in July!
