If low draws are running ok, I think Knock n A has a chance Zaeem, was my main idiot in the race but it has not been well away last three starts... and not impressed they moved it from 25s to 16s! Greystone C has the high draw but if you go way back to the Coastal cab race has something to find with K n A. And The Intervention has had too many problems recentloy to support with any confidence. Victrixit is another with a definite shout but more questions than answers yet again.

And all this is why I keep coming back to Ikati.

Workriders race interesting. Semela obvious starting point but Englander stats make this more interesting for me as I was thinking of possibly a Chris Erasmus result with what seem decent riders. I know about Ndlovu & Ntsielo but cant find anything about Diego De Gouveia other than 1/1 having ridden winner for Spike Lerena (apologies if wrong info but all I have).

What makes it even more interesting to me now is that Englander info indicates Jonase riding GIANT EMPIRE instead of Ntsielo and this is a workrider that I think could go places and gave me a 50/1 winner the other day.

Will try to plan stakes to recover outlay if Semela wins but will be playing Erasmus for hopeful profit.

As usual good luck to all

I agree Ikati is sort of the 'default' choice - imo her main opposition could come from Lyric's Wonder (but only because of the betting support), The Intervention (seems to have her problems, but MR keeps dropping, also found strong betting support in her last start and tries blinkers) the juvenile Raving Queen (juveniles really untested in handicaps yet, so her MR could be way too low - or way too high - or maybe about right :S) and also Victrixit (but the 1200 could also be a problem for her, although like Ikati she has been running on over 1000)

Overall I find the 3 fillies handicaps (races 6,7 and 8) very tough - my long shots for the day include Arctic Sun in the 5th (blinkers off), Lavish Gal in the 7th (gets the 4 kg's off and if she repeats her pinultimate must go close here) and Congregation in the 8th (good last run)

Enjoy (tu)

for future reference KM, just go to
sahorseracing.co.za
click on Online Guide, wait for the "race card" page to go (takes a few seconds, you'll know what I mean when you see it lol) and then click on the meeting you want (tu)

Frodo, I was all over Congregation until I saw the 66s were now 16s! (:P) Arctic Sun was another I had a good look at. Best of luck with them and thanks for the additional input on R6. I think its a very tough card, especially the second half of it.
