Backed one horse for the Catterick meeting and thats Ejaaz. The horse always gives it a go when running there and a small e/w at odds of 8/1 cant do much damage

How do you guys get the time to look at 4 or 5 cards in the UK? Or is it a matter of backing just certain jocks / trainers?
I didn't choose the #puntlife, the #puntlife chose me!

if there are lots of meetings I glance over them and choose 2/3 to go on. Today there were only 3 meetings in the afternoon and I dont bet on every single race. I tend to leave races alone that have less than 8 runners because like to play each way. If there is a field with less than 8 runners and I fancy something strongly then I will have a bet. Yes trainers who are in form are the ones that I tend to follow and a couple of jocks as well (not all the time)

I can't find any form to follow. It really seems like JT combos are profitable.
