they not so bad. 1990 was the last time for them but every start of the season since then its going to be Liverpools year and every year they fail. :

Sir A will be as big a loss to Man U next season as Bale would be for Spurs...if not bigger

unfortunately the 4 teams, who spent the most money, have finished in the top 4 places.That has mostly been the norm in recent seasons but If you start spending big, which looks unlikely, you should finish closer unless you lose Suarez then your hopes are gone.
