Only Pecan - but is the only filly taking on the boys. Price is quite short imo. Hopefully can find the places.

It is the inside (new track) today ...... Is Hameeya the exotics banker ? I backed it up with a rank outsider which I fancy could cause the upset.......

Ok this is the 1st card this week that seems reasonable. I got hurt badly yesterday so bets are small again trying to build up the bank. Mixing and matching win doubles with all the below selections unless otherwise stated.

1 - Umgiyo / Assegai / Spring Cherry
2 - Belt Up
3 - No Bet
4 - El Manolet
5 - Act Fast / Full Combat
6 - Slew the bold (ew)
7 - Witch Doctor
8 - No bet
9 - No bet

Can someone post Craig's comment for today on Pecan? I think this is the distance for Pecan, but would like to see if he is working well. Pecan was staying on well over the shorter distance, so i think the 2400 will suite. Thanks Craig.

We have the 2 runners tomorrow and 3 if we get a scratching. Pecan is well but taking on the boys. We want to see if she stays the 2400m and there are no races over that distance against fillies that suit her. If she stays and runs as well as expected, we will nominate her for The Oaks. Hard for her but still a must in everything. Assessment is a reserve runner in the same race and I really want to get a run with him but we need a scratching 1st. Ran a very good race after the 14 month break. He came from stone last to run 7th running on strongly over a distance too short for him. If he does get lucky and gets in he is a must in everything as working very well. Doomsday Dancer in the last also ran well against the males last time out over 2500m even after loosing a shoe. Stays well and with a light weight and perfect draw she is not without a chance. Dont leave her out of anything.

Hi

Fancy a bit of Little White Lie in the third. Good run last although 10th, only 3 lengths against a much better form line than this race. And the saddle slipped, Yeni back on.
