Clanners are welcome to attend a smoker at royal durban golf club the night before the July. Guest speakers will include a jock (with a mount in the big race) a trainer, a judge (ex handicapper) and a v.i.p.
This has been going on for over 20 years now - previous speakers include MdK, Alec Laird (the year London News won) KB Shea (also the year Dancers Daughter dead heated to win) etc.,etc.
Drinks at club prices and this is a really superb evening of fun and banter - food will also be served at club prices.
