Nail on the head Greggo (tu) you made me wanna post again
and it has been a while (
)
Race 1 : Rush for Roses / Marimba Magic / Alpine Cat / Miss Jamie
Race 2 : Jungle Skyline / Roving Consert / De Kock / Counts rocket
Race 3 : Leave Me Never / Missing Link / Hiatus / Shake and Bake BABY
/ Good Thinking
Race 4 : Shepherds Purse / Chesapeake / Torotino / Pinotage Pete / waterways
Race 5 : Coventina / London Theatre / My Precious / Lady Bizhub / Scarlet Witch / Amber Heard / Sylvie
Race 6 : Global express / Maltese Falcon / Big Cat / Belcourt Castle / Cognac on Ice / Johny Rockets / Magic Emblem
Race 7: Le Capitaine / Taxas Flood / British Banker / Bordered in Grey
Race 8 : American Fantasy / Cosmic Flower / Pounce / Cotton Country / Our Way / Tsarina / Waterfall
These should help in Ex/Tri/Qrt's
I reckon the way to go is place bets today since Heavy going is always a concern for punters. Some "Heavy goers"
Race 4 # 2 Shepherds Purse obtained his MR80 rating around July last year when running in Soft/Heavy going with 5/7 places actually 5/6 considering the try with Blinkers did not work out. He is still running in a Mdn after losing out winning in Soft and rating has since come down to 69. Gets 3rd RR today and a better draw than 10/10 last draw when not disgraced in good going 3,25 behind biggest challenge Crawoford stable Sir Robert but should enjoy the conditions more than the rest of the field and boasts the highest SR to boost.
R1#2 Rush for Roses from the Sheehan stable has been in decent form of late and it's best run has come when the Appie Smitsdorff claimed the 2,5kg finishing 1,25 behind Fairyinthehoods. Has the best SR of the field here and best by far in Soft going SR with weight off the back for a 2yr old in Heavy underfoot conditions will definately be a plus for one of only 2 runners for Sheehan and should be in the shake up to a top 4 @1,80
R6#2 Global Express from the Bass stable coming to form with a few winners recently gets Faydherbe back for the run today 1/3 rides for Faydherbe & last for today this R450k Het Master purchase found the 1400 last just a bit on the short side running on for 4th 1,80 behind Tight Ship 6/8 draw Fradd up/ Was supported in the market 6 into 9/2 and dropping to AMR73 with Faydherbe intent should be a runner since previous Faydherbe was backed from 14into 6/1 when 2nd so expecting another good run here

Will look at the 1st race for guidance on which side of the course they're running....Maybe I'll try Marimba Magic and Miss Jamie along with Rush for Roses as a start...

Just look at the course......you would NEVER say they have had 200mm's in 4 days. There is not a single bit of kick back.....horses were struggling but the course looks really good.
The course manager should be giving lessons to other parts of the country

PA:
6,14 X 2,7,9 X 1,2,5,7,15 X 7 X 2,7,12 X 1 X 9,10 = R180 or any percentage
