I do think that Race 9 Spetacularus is a fair place bet - watched her in Natal and the weaker company will suite but she might just need a little further or Blinkers to get her mind on earning

All the best Bignic (tu) .... I cannot believe The Thames is 5/2 ::o ....the only thing that can beat her is getting left at the start again... I have almost emptied my account on this one .

Maestro, should we ignore the fact Randolph is on Greef's other one? Last night I was like you but my confidence has been dampened a little, concerned if she is sluggish away she may not have time to make it up over 1000 with a couple of the others looking stronger over 1000 than the 1200, that plus the jockey booking is making her an accumulators bet rather than a single for me just now. Open to persuasion though...

Morning all from a cool PE, the yard seems to be coming back to form slowly and horses are looking superb. We have 11 runners today and expect a few cheques.

Race 1 Gotobegreat working well and expect a good run. Each way chance.

Race 2 Come Play and Pure Elegance both well and hope to see them both running on at the end. Have to take on the boys...

Race 3 Sound Surround our first runner for Bob and The Clan. She is badly drawn and 1400m a bit short so blinkers on. A sml place chance.

Race 4 Silver Ace has taken his races well and first try over ground. Sml place chance.

Race 5 House of Wax may find it a bit short but well. Bob ran a nice race last week and an each way chance. The Shark very well and will be running on, a big runner.

Race 7 Cash Counter very fresh and well, an each way chance.

Race 8 Amarossa Montana runs for Oscar (at last as he has been so patient) she is well but will need the run, Elegant Tune also well. Want to see them both enjoy the run and maybe sneak into the places.

PA 1,3,5,6/ 1,2,3,13/ 4,5,12/ 4/ 3,5,12,18/ 1/ 3,13 R384.00

I look at it this way... Xdlhovu won on him first time out and did nothing wrong, probably works the horse every morning and the trainer has rewarded him by keeping him on .... {shrug}... The Thames is drawn on the right side and that is the concern as he will have to switch inwards if slow away again.... otherwise I would empty my bank on him.
