So just for clarity race 1 is the starts if the Place accumulator even though it was race 3 and race 4 is now race 2 but the start of the picks six or is race 5 now the start of the pa and the and race 6!the start if the pick 6 which is actually race 4. Which makes the July race 5 or race 7 the 1st leg if the jack pot.

Exactly my thoughts! Been thinking about this for days wondering what was going to happen if we had a bit of rain in the days before!

Now I am confused.
the only think that should matter is the race 1 and 2 is abandoned.
Everything else remains the same.
All exotics should and will begin as normal

We have all known that there is a problem with the track! The clowns who run this circus have probably been praying for rain as they now have a "legitimate" excuse for the tracks poor condition!

I know we have no control of the weather, but with all the controversy over the final field, and with races being abandoned, it really ruined all my excitement for the what is normally my favourite day of the year, even more than christmas.

Between the July logs, final field fiasco and most importantly the bleeding racetrack one can only conclude that whoever is running this gold circus looks totally out of their depth.
It seems there's a lot of smooth talking going on but not a lot of doing, and for me the proof is in the pudding.
People are investing millions of rands in this game in the hope they will one day have a runner in days like tomorrow. How hard is it to get the basics right??
