I have been reading and replying to posts on this Site tonight. I was thinking what would FH have replied to some posts.
Is there any update on his condition. Give him my best wishes.

In normal situations they say no news is good news, however it seems like the family is going through very trying times at the moment and let us continue to pray for his well-being.
Renal failure in most circumstances is terminal and a kidney transplant is a very distant solution which seems unlikely to materialize.
