Just started raining in Hillcrest. Not sure if it is hard enough to effect the going.

R1 - First timer probably will win this, Three Wishes??
R2 - Diamond Ally a gin strike, fair debut should be in the 1st 2.

R4 - I am battling to find anything that can beat Ramp Diva??
R5 - Pass / load
R6 - Pass / load
R7 - Delpech back aboard Misty Morn, has won on her.
R8 - Danseuse for the Drier double but Artiscally Done showing signs of return to form.
R9 - Exelero hard to oppose.

Race 4: 7. MAMZELLE. - she is improving with every run. Good Draw. Might need further though. The odds will be good. E/W bet.
Race 5: 5. NITRO NORI. - good 3rd after 3 month rest. Likes course and distance. Perfect draw. Second run after a rest, should be fit. The race is a tough one and I personally think he is better over a little further. Not the most consistent horse, But definitely good enough for all to come bets. In the mood to bank him after alyson wright's good 2nd in a grade 1 on Saturday.
Race 6: 4. RUN WEST. - been resting a lot but if she is fit... She could be a great E/W bet. Ran behind horses like festival of fire (2.5 lenghts behind) and champion sprinter Via Africa. Running in a 74 handicap. Could win it!
Fun racing. Happy punting ppl!

Nice overview GB (tu) Inspired me to...
R1 The likely winner in my simple approach would be the Tarry newcomer or the de Kock horse simply because the rest look weak. That said, no knowing how a first timer will run and though problems with Sole Mio on debut was well behind Castle Keep so a risky wager imo. Looking for value, for e/w or place, I have gone with Preach Power who holds some of these and ran ok from a high draw on only visit to the course, better draw this time and decent jock up, 25/1 available. For a maniac option then Terracotta Soldier would be my choice, has been off for 38 weeks but prior to that, though a poor run, was backed from 14s into 5s on debut, 50/1 available.
Rs 2, 3 n 4 Agree GB
R5 Reading Craig's FB comment (and Richie's above) I think Cool Style is value, goes well at the course and though the draw is not ideal again with stronger jock on board riding to instructions could well over turn the form of the last run though from a good draw again Nitro Nori is a threat. Very open but others I considered include Owls Do Cry and Cucumber Alley. An idiot for me is Lizard's Passion, recent form not inspiring but has two golds and 2 silvers in 6 c and d efforts, with 33/1 available worth a nibble imo
R6 Cotswold has yet to be out of the first 3 in 5 course runs, is 7/8 top 3 distance and 1-0-2 for c and d. Is drawn very high though. That may let in Countess of Rhynie who ran well on course debut when drawn 9/9 and with a better draw today and normal pilot MJB returning to the saddle could be the one. Here We Are has decent c/d form, is 3rd after a rest and though seems held by Cotswold, does have the 1 draw compared to the latter's 16. At a higher price, though I hope it drifts from the current 18s, is Saddle Me Up. Won 2/6 c and d attempts but does have a high draw and is seemingly held but a return to the 1000 here may bring about a better run. An open race though.
R7 I'm with GB on Misty Morn but the price is very short to me, if she runs at her best she should just about win but is no sure thing imo, Hijacked and Shimmering Jet may give her most to do. the outsider here I may nibble at is Linneal Factor, though different course/distance etc her run against Adobe Pink compared to others who have competed with this horse is comparable. May prefer a little give in the ground and a poor draw but in with a squeak in my opinion but looking for bigger than the current 14/1
R8 Agree with GB, Danseuse's time over this c and d much better than anything else running. Artistically Done has regained some form of late and gets poll. Guest El Grande must be a big danger though if reproducing her last run on the outer course. Craig's Finding Neverland may make the quartet pay and one for the lunatics could be Hippy Hippy Shake, seemingly well held but has riun well from poor draws before, has regular and very decent appie DD back on top and is 1-0-1 on the course, 50/1 available.
R9 Agree with GB. Looking for possible (e/w) place value I think Wildcat Rising may be worth a go. Muzi up and has the 1 box. If the last run is ignored (when badly drawn, though has run well from poor draws previously) then this one is usually there or thereabouts and in a weak looking field could represent some value with 25/1 available.
Be(s)t of luck to all (tu)
