The Vaal Thursday 18/7/13

R3 - The connections must think highly of Regal Rose entering her in Gr 1 race in KZN where she ran last 25L behind Happy Valentine. In her 1st race she was backed and ran 4th. She was speedy and 'blowing' after the race. What worries me about this hot fav again today is that she did not run against anything special in her 1st race and out of that race there have been 15 runners and only 2 placings. Not saying it can't win, but at 17/10, not for me. I'm looking for a bit of value and I see Zelina (R1.07 place) is fitted with blinkers and had the beating of the 2nd fav by 4 L over c/d.

Its difficult to lose Ziets, Chippy i can understand but not Ziets
