Hi

I was not there but to me ÓUTSOURCING is not the the answer as you still have to MANAGE the Caterers and in Horse Racing in RSA the CUSTOMER never comes first.

IMVHO the problem is the 'fat cats'' on this gravy train (en total) who could not manage/organise a p--- up in a Brewery.

My opion only.
