even with big screen / TMO rules in place ...clearly still no guarantee that the ref is made to change his decision ...makes one think

George told Roman that there was nothing wrong with the tackle. It was Roman who made the decision and as we saw yesterday the on field ref can overrule the TMO.

Once again a referee'e appalling decision decides a test match - not saying the Boks would have won, but that decision to give Bismarck a yellow certainly did the AB's a huge favor - why have a TV Ref if he does not correct clear mistakes ?

But firstly he does not say it is not a tackle without the arms...and secondly they show the footage after the decision....:S
