I had to back Russia's women in 4x400metres
3/1 in 2 horse race with home advantage,they look strong.Yanks to beat.

Jobodwana came home right on Bolt's shoulder in the semis. Bolt did his usual dash-and-loaf act and Jobodwana ran right up to him. In the finals I reckon Bolt'll go an honest gallop the whole way to the line.
