Race 8 - Mount Hillaby looks a smart sort , particularly at this course .

First time out shifted across from the outside to inside of the vaal straight to join and beat a subsequent easy winner

Second time out ran in a strong race at turffontein when not hard pressed in fifth , and most recently won over this course and distance in tidy fashion in this division .

For P6 purposes , it was already mentioned that the scratching 5 gets you the favourite (likely MH and along with comes Echohawk) and coupling Soleil Royal , which is my second choice .

SL has run well at the course and the faster early speed here will allow him to settle better .

Lone Eagle - nice horse, but stil a bit soft and appears to want further.
Red Bull Kid - working well, but we went small places in this field.

Race 2 -No.11 and 12 the ones to beat. how good is no.13 ?
No Good Deed - better than her form. Striker called us for the ride. Could still need slightly but will prefer the 1200m
Super Cat - wants further.
The Flying Nun - could place.

Race 4 - no.6 is very well.

Race 5 - no.1 is very well, prefers 1000m but we try a different strategy today.....
