Same players won the league a few months ago are now to old?
Moyes is not the right man for the job
Times change, sometimes teams dominance also change

Do these players really want to play for Moyes

Yes they played and won the league last year.

They were old then and are older now.

Analyse the games and you will see that most of the goals concede are because our defence retreats.

Ferdinand and company have lost a yard or 2.
They will be made to look silly by younger strikers.

Whilst I am a United supporter, I am also a realist.

Now you know what will happen to Wayne Rooney with no games or training.The boy balloons up and watches Man versus Food..

In what way is he living in Fergie's shadow?
On what basis do you say he has no presence?
Which players United were supposedly interested in do you think would have joined had Fergie made the approach as manager?

No disrespect but absolutely no way you can know any of that... more of a comment that you would like to be true me thinks. As I said, it will become evident in time. If you are asking whether the enormity of the club has come of something of a shock then from what he has said I think that would be true and I would have been surprised had that not been the case. The challenge is whether he can overcome that.

Why go for fab from Barca? Surely he won't leave Barca for Man U
Even if he did he would go back to arsenal.. Wenger commented on that on many occasions
Seems like he has no understanding of the market
Look at the Fellani deal signed 2 in the morning was he first choice or a panic buy
But yes let's give it time, going to be a great football season with all these changes
All teams have strengthen nicely can't wait for the internationals to be over

Fab... if he was like Shearer then he may have opted to rejoin Arsenal rather than United for "personal" reasons but otherwise no competition. And exactly the player United need, someone with the ability down the middle to beat players and draw defenders to him and thus opening up space down the wings for our wide men to exploit, part of the reason the wingers have been so ineffective in recent seasons imo is that defenders can defend in numbers and deep and allow them no space to run into as there is little "threat" down the centre.

Fellaini... Moyes showed his interest early but I don't think he would have bought him in if Fab had worked out. Thus not a panic buy just not his first choice. And I think he paid much more than he wanted to but at the end he had no choice and from the rumours he wanted Baines as well but Everton wouldn't budge and that is possibly why it went through so late. Fellaini does bring a lot of attributes and was someone I never enjoyed being on the opposition and should bring aerial strength, something we have sorely lacked for years. Not sure how he will fit in but that is for Moyes to sort... obviously, lol
