14/10 place (4 places) on National Al with the 4kg appy claim looks a fair bet to me. Drawn well and had the better of both Mentalist and Diezel Engine on previous occasions.

Thank you Sham Racing, your input is always much appreciated. I see two winners today and I think Englander is spot on. Good luck to all (tu)

Some very short priced ones today, I like both Gypsy Lane and Shimmer and Shine and have done them in a double but won't touch as singles at these prices. Daffodil Day has to be a big runner, shame about the scratching spoiling the price, and I liked Greystone's run last week. Think Nile Symphony a decent price in the second. Keen on Lemon Fizz again in the 3rd after nearly coming home for me at 50s last week, Moonscape the main danger. Like Lielums in the 8th but wary of the Laing runners. Tributary worth an e/w nibble in the 9th. Ones at bigger prices that tempted me a little... Capt Surge in the 3rd, Arctic Sun in the 6th and Wild And Windy among a few others in the 7th. Being Arlington, a host of dangers to my choices and no doubt a nasty surprise or two is in the air. Doing my usual with a few small stake patents based on my selections and stables and then saying some prayers! lol Thanks as always to the Shams and Oscar, hope they all run well for you. Hope Bud also puts in a decent performance for the clan guys. And finally, of course... be(s)t of luck to all (tu)

seems to me, that this is a "fake price". bookies sometimes are reacting either a bit too carefully or they just make false prices to sort the high-price-hunters out of their system. be aware!

TREVOR REID: Most trainers with more than one runner in a Pick 6 leg were asked about their preferences. Unfortunately, trainers Gavin Smith and Mitchell Wiese were unavailable to comment on their runners. All comments from the respective trainers are much appreciated.

Jacques Strydom: I make our runner Empress Tibbs (Race 9) a big runner. The filly is well drawn and all our dangers are drawn badly.

Dorrie Sham: In Race 4, Koenigsegg is a reserve runner and Sengwa is having his first run for us and is trying this course for the first time. There is not much to choose between our two runners in Race 5, Boeing Boeing and Brother in Arms. Brother In Arms is working well. In Race 6, Greystone has again drawn very badly so we have a slight preference for House Of Wax, but will not be surprised if Greystone wins. Amarosa Montanna is a reserve runner in Race 9, while Elegant Tune is well drawn and must have a winning chance.

Yvette Bremner: Gypsy Lane should be better than King Of The Knight in Race 4. Both Burlaine Forest and Red Banner (Race 5) are not as fit as we would like, but are getting there so could be place prospects. In Race 6, Greenacre has recently been getting closer to the winners, but is still on a recovery mission after having had knee chips removed. Nevertheless he is preferred to Double Nelson who has lost his way and Tiger Right who is a reserve runner. Katie Em has taken her time to get over her greeness in running but looks like she could be suited to a longer trip and has a winning chance in Race 9. Tributary is having her first run around the Arlington turn.

Alan Greeff: About 90% of my preferences will be the Stuart Randolph-ridden runners, so Stage Girl (Race 4), Gotham Prince (Race 6), Sylvan Spirit (Race 7), Sustain Space (Race 8) and Rush To Stardom (Race 9) are my first choices.

Tara Laing: In Race 5, Arctic Jet is probably the better of our two runners, but he is getting older now and is a difficult customer. Lunar Emblem ran a poor race last time but is capable of a lot better and is well drawn here. In Race 8, There is nothing to choose between Our Dizzy Emblem and Aspen Angle and both should be included in exotic perms.

Justin Snaith: I Like Jet Burst of the two in Race 5, but Shimmer And Shine must have a chance with Richard Fourie up. Intimate Touch is my preference in Race 8 over Rock The System and Sunset Girl.

Steven Janse van Rensburg: The Berryman (Race 6) is a reserve runner. Mo Pepper ran close up again last time but has a bad draw but he could end up in the quartet.
