OUR RUNNERS

Race 2 No 1 – Negev - Huge mass to shoulder and the mare drawn on our inside races handy, early speed, which could keep us wide or in kickback. She is very well though and should win this race. Main danger is No. 2.

Race 3 No 6 – She’s A Tiger -Very well and has been aimed specifically at this race, but she is an uppity sort who could be overwhelmed by the crowd/noise on the day. This filly has ability and could win this race, if some of the bigger names fluff their lines on the sand.

Race 3 No 7 – American Pie -Exceptionally well! The problem is that very few of her sire Var’s progeny take to the sand. So, we take on the unknown, come race time. But, if she acts on the sand today, the rest will be chasing shadows, she’s that fast. Win, lose or draw today, watch her on the turf in the near future.

Race 4 No 5 – Trip Tease -He has done everything we have asked of him at home. He’s an unassuming sort with big ability and “gears”. This is a very strong field, the likes of No. 2 and No. 3 being touted as future champions. And No. 1 is ultra fast, even though he never won last time out. But, whatever happens, they had better be very good today, to beat us.


Race 4 No 12 – Shepherd’s Song- Dark horse of the race. He has lots to find on his first run, but don’t write him off. He could fill the placings and create a better dividend in quartets.


Race 10 No 8 – Rooi Nooi- Better than her form and has a definite place chance if her pilot spares the whip.

I've asked for 5/1 on Niklaus and 9/1 on Pylon..
No ones listening Mac,they will listen to 7/2 and 5/1 though..

is great when louisg come on hear to help (tu) BUT i think he is wrong with negev she run on sand be fore not good now she carry 65 is to much for me. on grass i will be more hope full not sand.

Race 2 - All In The Mind should improve today .

Trainer bang in form , drawn well , track suiting front runners , Van Rensburg gets back on (only jockey to have won on her) , rating has dropped .

Ran well this course and distance a few runs back (although yet to win this distance) .
