Not being funny Agra or being an ARM but sometimes, especially in these races, it pays to look beyond... these were my comments in my own jottings for ST...
5 SARGE TATTOO - Von W. C debut. Had 3 runs on the Vaal sand without success over 1450-1800. Drops back in d and could improve here, breeding suggests a possibility he might like the sand so the surface change may help and well drawn in 5. Form gives no confidence but if the price is right may be worth chancing R1 e/w.

Well done Sham Racing, lovely 1-2. Thought going into the closing stages I might have been on the wrong one.

Strange how Castle Rock and Dolomite both run in the bush.

I will apologize in advance for my next comment as it is totally unfounded and I have no proof of what i say.
Does anybody else think it is slightly strange that the visser horses both drifted off the boards and both ran wayyyyy off the winner right at the back?
Perhaps it is because they haven't had any work recently or perhaps they are both coming back from niggles............
Or perhaps the moon is made of a delicious french Camembert???
They haven't been rested and on form they should have finished right on top of Captain Siderius. Perhaps the distance made a big difference?
