Greg,SA racing is generally getting more and more inconsistent................you only notice it in the plate races cos in Handicaps,every horse has an equal chance(sic) so theoretically no result is an upset............but if you track horses race by race ,the ratings show many horses to be inconsistent ............some stables much more so than others!

@rob . . .so now it is 60% horse 40% personnel when doing selections. . . .used to be 80/20 for me.
