BW loosing the plot and becoming a pain in the arse... with thier system changes


Spurs quoted 1-1 in front of me but their system showing 9-10 and back office cannot give 1-1 so i ask the lady are you blind as well or is it me that can see 1-1 , Stuff them got my even 5k with another bookie.

The amount of times I get "priced changed" and cannot get a bet on is frightening.

typical eg of price change i was behind a customer yestrday he put 5k on a horse called Holy Emperor in Kranji quoted on screen 13-10 as teh bet was taken the system changed to 11-10 but teh screened remained 13-10 till almost all was loaded if this guy was on a loosing streak he would have broken the screens , poor lady got the verbal treatment of her life .

?.....while we slinging it......went to the one on Witkoppen at the Buzz centre a few weeks ago........the toilets urinals have always wreaked of p1ss like they are not flushing on many a past visit......when I made a move to the toilets.......Iwas told by some guy that they were out of order as they had no water......I explained that l only needed to take a leak and water was not necessary......he told me it did not matter out of bounds to all....
about 15min later Isee this same guy go into the very same toilet......and then emerge pulling up his fly.....:S

They suck big time because I guarentee whether they have water or not the place still stinks......this guy is managing the place and could have made a plan......but he was arrogant.....thank heaven I was not there to sort out a betting problem.....if you cannot manage the toilet......it says heaps about the way you would manage the rest of your business.....

Exactly-and like Tab-online,if you ask for a manager or supervisor......not one on the premises!

The Buzz is a NO GO zone for my blood pressure, i cant recall a time when i have been there and i havnt had a problem. Stick to online punting with HollywoodBets (tu) What a pleasure.

.....when I hear on TT that Betting World are opening many many more branches in the new year I shudder to think how they would be run
.....my 1st experience of their arrogance and style of management stems back to when they opened that outlet in Sandton @24 central and told me I could not get membership access because they only take R100 TOTE bets....ie each bet must be R100.....I only, with my budget...
spend a total of R100 per race.....yet when I am in the zone I can turn R3000+ on a race day.....I did this on one occassion at that outlet I turned that amount in 4 races on a Friday....just to prove that I was able....non the less I did not get membership nor were my forms put forward to have an online account.....they can shove it.....<

Wonderful, I see they have their "new" website up and running again. Tried their new login instructions and can't log in.
