In fact Englander - I will open a thread suggesting marketing and improvements that GC should consider to try and get new blood into racing and boost crowd attendance etc., I'm sure that Clanners would come up with some fruitful and innovative ideas - problem is would GC take any notice ? Are they interested?

Collins, I am sure the answer is yes but only under certain criteria, some of which could be:
1. The bosses are open to new ideas and give a fark
2. That they can claim all credit for the idea for themselves
3. It will boost their personal income
4. It will boost their personal image
5. They can continue to say ABC is negative, full of moaners and no good for racing

Other than that, nah, there'll ignore you :D

I am sure racing would be good for the owners ............punters would be better off if abandoned IMO...........nightmare card without the added heavy going problem!

Has anyone heard anything yet - is racing on ? Nothing on GC website (that would be the obvious way of keeping punters informed)

Raining in La Lucia - anyone in the Clairwood area able to give a weather update?

Assuming racing is going ahead, I think Cormack will ride the first double, purely because his mounts are drawn on the right side of the track going up the straight, just my thoughts.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.
