All services have been restored and the faulty hardware has been replaced and an additional backup has been put in place to negate the extended downtime. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this outage.

We will be working to optimise the traffic flow during the day.

the stable door is close after horse run the course 5 time? for me is amazing how poor the computers is of all the big guys. the garentee is that saturday the tote is crash and issues with many of these bookies sites. is no good enough boys did you ever see the tablkes at the casino out of order?

Flash, the technology required to run the Hollywood platform is complex and hardware faults do occur. I am just surprised that they do not have clustered servers or an equivalent high availability solution. I am sure they will do the exercise of putting a value to the cost of downtime and then reevaluate their IT spend to mitigate the risk.

Hi Joe - you are completely right. We should have been open until the website and app was back up and running, and this is something we will definitely look at doing should we have another disaster like we did last night. Once again apologies for the inconvenienced caused, and like Madji said, we will be looking at all ways possible to prevent it from occuring again.

On my fone Hollywood no longer loads. I gt certificate error over and over again when selecting 'continue'.

Told them about this and say they are working on it now...
