titch the trainer groom and jockey should surely know when loading the horse on the float then saddling on course it was the wrong horse ...

There was no winner.....nobody found magic feet because magic feet never ran...its a shambles and the sooner cut cape racing the better.
As for bookies they in this case cannot be expected to pay.
The tote cant be expected to pay

Agreed 100% unless they are half unconscious or pissed...but the REAL questioned is how the Fcuk did it get past the chip process???

Money in the bank all 10 K....thi s is a game of chance which ever way you look at it. I do feel for those that backed the second horse...not too much tho. since backing odds on in CT is a big risk.

If it was a cheat it was akin to frans ferdinand assassination.....only 1person knew of the cheat.
In racing there are too many rumours, if there was a cheat and more than 1person knew then it starts 8/1
