I see a major incident in totes come Friday - The Bi-Pot will be launched yet no Gauteng Tickets are available so bets will have to be called in totes - Logic would suggest that when you launch a new product you have you infrastructure in place BEFORE you launch - At best the tote operators are poor and take ages to process bets so to add a new bet over six legs that needs to be called is crazy - Punters in the totes will be cursing when they don't get bets on!! They should have delayed the launch until they were ready as it's not as if punters will take out overdrafs because a new bet is launched - same money just spread thinner
