They probably realize that there is only one scrumhalf reserve - so they might end up with the wing deputizing at scrum-half.
Seriously though - what is it with the refs nowadays - many of them seem to think that they are the most important person on the field - a good ref imo is somebody who, if one is asked after the game 'who was the ref' - the answer should be 'I've never noticed him'; yesterday I would not have blamed de Villiers or Meyer if they had called the team from the field after that scrum debacle. Also, the ref seemed to never have heard of the 'daylight' rule - he gave the attacking team no time to place the ball - he was pathetic (td)

I am already looking forward to Murrayfield on Sunday. I just hope that the pitch is in order and that we turn up and give Scotland a heavy spanking.
