Challenging card; some thoughts (outside track - so check the effect of the draw in the first few races)

R2: I think the Mister Cricket formline is worth following so imo Battle of Alma big value at 15/1; I think Wild Thing will improve in his 2nd start after a rest and will turn the tables on King's Soldier - betting suggests that Cellar Master is not 100% ready - but has to be included in everything as at his best this will be no race

R3: Lucky Lucinano also comes out of the Mister Cricket formline and is my clear first choice; I make the danger Montelupo (probably better over 1600?); Ze Tsar should feature again and Cherie's Boy has had two good runs after a rest and imo can't be ignored for trifectas and quartets

R4: Zehpira has been priced up on either reputation or 'intent' (morning Loops ()) but not on form - could be anything; Apple Tart an obvious contender, but for me Sugaree ar 9/1 is real good value

R5: Nothing stands out - going to have to use my pin again

R6: Mercado over-rated imo (preparing for those eggs :); Phenomenal has taken a big drop in MR and could surprise - however she looks like she is going to race with the cheek pieces again wich she tried last time when running poorly :S Vulcan ran poorly under the lights last time but like this trip (does not look to be much between him and Cohiba on their last meeting - and Cohiba is held by Phenomenal); any of the others could also pop up - not easy if I'm right about Mercado

R7: It depends on how good Nigel Mansell is - Delpech is riding at Kenilworth, so who knows; maybe the better move os to stuck with the runners wiht exposed local form; Nuggets, Veto and Torero look the principals, while Storm Incoming could surprise running off his turf rating

R8: Imo American Pie is big value at 14/1 - down in class and my first choice; Second Bite obvious claims after the scratching of Katch ; much of a muchness between maiden winners Quilicious and Rebel Magic

R9: Very tough if the top two in the betting fail to reproduce their sand form on the turf - maybe Orlando Magic rates a chance on her best form

R10: Another tough looking fillies handicap - Bold Flash had a fair last run against the boys over this trip and a repeat of that could see her go close; not really sure what to make of Casha; others with chances include Boarding Call and Go Dutch, whiel the best roughie imo is Udumo, who has been fancied before her rest and now comes down another 3 points in MR

R11: Var Bay looks the right one - Adi Star the only danger has been supported in the betting, but I think Var Bay will have her measure.
