Morning all
Card looks very interesting. Worth having a good go at it today.
At first glance looks like the Danielson benefit meeting
R1 Distiller will have many followers, but I like the Roberts horse Platinum Fox. An old campaigner ran a poor race after 2 good runs after a break. Backed in the last 2, so worth a few bob. Surprised it opened 7/1. Was hoping for better odds. Raymond gets the ride after some others which makes this a jockey strike in my view
R2 Legatee will give Raymond a quick double. Horse is overdue for a win (not always a good sign). With the scratching of Copper parade, this is now looking like the bet of the day. I also liked National Al's debut on the polytrack. Could easily run into the places today
R3 Tough race. Winner should come from Siraaj, Liquification, Laga Cuomo, Full Fathoms Five (ran a good race in June over c/d), Salvaterra (may like the extra distance and Fourie takes the ride), Soofee, Crimson Express, Babette's Charm, Meet the Morning, Pretty Flamingo or Glad I Am - Really a kak race
R4 Drill Sargeant has won 2/3 on c/d. Back to better distance imo. Must be one of the better bets on the card.
R5 I see the merit in the supporters of Bois de Var arguments, but I am going field in this race
R6 Blow me a kiss has run very nicely for the Shams and could do it again today. Certainly looks like a P/A banker. However, if I must pick a winner at good odds, it must be the Lensley horse, Grey Area. Yes she is new in PE, but a winner in her 1st start and then running in a bog race behond Arcetri Pink, they must have thought highly of her. Now in PE, she can make us all happy at those odds. She she has also been claimed
R7 Another nightmare. Field for me. (Nice to see Wayne back in the saddle of a Sham horse - also back to her better distance in my view)
R8 Saxony should be too good for them. However, dont leave out the 2 Sham horses, Polo Warrior, Pure Honey, Peregrine Power or Tiger Right
Happy days at Fairview. Enjoy:)-D

Race 1: I like Distiller to win today. Platinum Fox nice swinger horse. Divalicious also in the picture.
Race 2: Pontedera my first choice. Legatee, Lucky jay and Billy of Beaumont to chase him home.
Race 3: Soffee to win this with Siraaj , Crimson Express andd Babette's Charm to run close
Race 4: Drill Sargeant back to his best distance will be a hard nut to crack. Forest Digger will go close. Always like Key castle over this distance and must be watched!!!
Race 5: Close between Bois de Var, The Plunderer and insearchofthesun. Russian Mig could be the fly in the oitment.
Race 6: Taipai Tigress my first pick. Blow me a kiss, intimate touch, Grey Area and Luv u Babes in with a shout.
Race 7: Ocean Express my first choice. Letas Bonnet, Kiss and tell and Spectacularis also in with a chance.
Race 8: Pure Honey to win it. Chill factor, Polo Warrior and Saxony minor places.
Best bets:
Race 1: Distiller xxxxx
Race 3: Soffee xxxx
Race 4: Drill Sargeant xxxxx
Race 5: Bois de Var xxxx
Race 8: Pure Honey xxxxxx
Good luck and play well!!!!

Be wary of Yeni's mount in this race, and I took small eachway on Johnnierocks @ 100/1 &12/1 four places ....
This race could well turn out to be a Bipot breaker .
As regards the turf, I hope the outside going is not as dead as in recent weeks. There are a few I like at long to longish odds but drawn wide.

Thank you Madji. Johnnie is drawn widest of all and rightfully is at 100/1. Not for me. I would rather take the 25/1 win and 3/1 places on Dance Club. But you have been right before.....
I also hope there is more action on the standside in the sprints. Used to be great in past, but too many winning form the inside draws nowadays
